We offer free shipping on all PlankBlank products within the United States. International shipping may be available with additional charges.

• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item
• Custom or personalized products cannot be returned unless defective

PlankBlank products come with a lifetime quality guarantee against manufacturing defects under normal use conditions.

• Warranty covers structural integrity and craftsmanship
• Normal wear and tear is not covered
• Damage from misuse or accidents is not covered
• Warranty is non-transferable

PlankBlank shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
